Phil Isaacs – Company Owner
Phil has been working in the home improvement and construction industry for over twenty years. His experience includes all phases of the home improvement and remodeling industry. Phil has gone through the necessary steps to be properly licensed for the services his company provides. Theses include General B, C17 Glazier, D41 Siding and Decking, C20 Heating and Air Conditioning, D52 window coverings license.

Phil is known in the industry as a “problem solver”. Over the years he was called on many times to repair or re install sub par work. He stays current in continuing education courses in order to be on top of new products and breakthroughs in the industry.

Some of the credentials Phil has obtained include Master Craftsman certification for Certainteed Fiber Cement and Vinyl siding products, and he is one of only a handful of Certainteed 5 Star Contractors, Certainteed’s top credential.

Each year manufacturers hold special round table meetings where their top dealers give feedback that is used to further product development. Phil currently contributes to round table discussions for Milgard, Simonton and Certainteed. He also holds a Vinyl Siding Installer certification which was awarded to him by the Vinyl Siding Institute.

Phil has always enjoyed beautifying homes and can build a house from the foundation to the roof. He holds his company to the highest of standards. Phil promotes quality products and specializes in quality installation. He is a strong team builder and believes in proper employee training and management. He knows that “happy customers are his greatest asset”.

Born and raised in Boston, Phil came to reside in the Sacramento area in 1989. He is happily married to his beautiful wife Angela. Phil and Angela are the proud owners of a pug dog named “Pepper” and they enjoy getting out of town on the weekends to places like Lake Tahoe and the coast.

Gary Lee – Sales Manager
Gary has been in the home improvement industry for over seventeen years. He is a certified window product expert and a graduate of multiple window manufacturing universities. Gary handles all aspects of sales and service, and has extensive knowledge of CC&R’s (conditions, covenants and restrictions). Gary works personally with clients to find the best solutions for their window needs and budget restrictions. He is known for his honesty and helpfulness. Gary has been happily married for twenty nine years, has three

children and one grandson. Gary has enjoyed a lifetime of fishing and has raced classic Fords since he was sixteen.

Dick Lee – Sales
Dick has been in the home improvement industry for over twenty five years. He is a licensed contractor and is heavily involved in energy conservation. He has taught countless energy consultation and conservation seminars, and has worked closely with SMUD and PG&E. Dick was one of the first in the area to be certified in retrofitting windows without cutting the stucco, leaving no damage to the interior or exterior walls. This early advancement in installation placed California Energy Consultant Service in the top of its class. Dick has always been one to tackle tough situations and find a solution. He has extensive

knowledge of CC&R’s (conditions, covenants, and restrictions) apartment dwellings, glass related building codes and just about any window manufacturer that sells its products in California. He enjoys collecting and listening to music of all kinds and generations. Dick loves coastal trips and being near the ocean.

Kristen Stewart – Sales
Kristen is a licensed window consultant, who has been involved in the window/construction industry for over 7 years. She has attended numerous manufacturing seminars, and has an extensive knowledge of wood & vinyl window products. The first thing our customers notice about Kristen is her excellent service. She delights in bringing quality and trust to the customers, so they know their job is being handled by someone who really cares. Her strong attention to detail makes each project run smooth to completion, leaving her customers satisfied with a job very well done. Kristen

has been married for 18 years, and has three children. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, funny movies, and most especially family time.

Ed Judd – HVAC Division Manager
Ed entered into the HVAC arena strictly by chance. After being discharged from the Air Force in 1972 a family member introduced Ed to “Climate Technology” which is a fancy word for Heating and Air Conditioning. Soon after hearing about this “new” technology Ed decided to attend McComb County College in Michigan and graduated with an Associates degree in Climate Control Technology in 1976.
On the week ends you may find Ed under the hood of a vintage Chevy car or truck. He has been a fan of vintage cars for over 30 years and has restored approximately 50 vehicles himself over the years.
Ed really enjoys the people side of the Heat and Air business, and enjoys his many opportunities to meet people with different interests, especially vintage cars. He continues his education by attending classes and seminars. This keeps him updated on the latest technology advances.
Ed has encountered just about every scenario you can think of from light service work to installing complex commercial systems. He has experience with a variety of different equipment brands, including some of which are no longer manufactured giving you the best chance to repair your system.
