Ben Young

Ben joined Cal Energy in 2018 after being the CEO of a top, family-owned HVAC company. At CECS, he’s more than a consultant. Ben works closely with clients, helping them find ways to make their homes more energy efficient with advanced home performance solutions.

Having spent more than 24 years in the home comfort world, Ben knows the ins and outs of the business. He’s always looking for new ways to save energy, working with big names like SMUD and PG&E to take advantage of huge rebates, and bring smart tech into homes.

Outside of work, family and faith are Ben’s world. He’s been married for 20 years and loves spending time with his wife and two sons. They have fun swimming, taking trips to the mountains and beaches, and doing ministry work together. Ben’s life is a mix of expertise in energy, a close knit family, and a strong faith.
