Hailey Miller joined Cal Energy in February 2021 as an administrative specialist. Her duties include supporting contract management, accounts receivable, order entry, product shipments, and general office efficiency. She plays a key role in managing product logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with vendors. Hailey is also responsible for unloading large shipments with the forklift, carefully handling materials to maintain safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
One of Hailey’s primary responsibilities is order entry, where she keys in all special-order windows. She ensures that every order is processed accurately and efficiently, carefully reviewing specifications to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. With her keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, she double-checks measurements, materials, and order confirmations to minimize delays and discrepancies. Her meticulous approach helps streamline operations and maintain Cal Energy’s reputation for delivering high-quality products.
Hailey is highly responsive, organized, and resourceful. She plays an integral role in the window production team, where her 5+ years of construction experience have contributed to her success. Her hands-on experience in the industry allows her to problem-solve effectively and assist in optimizing workflows. At Cal Energy, she values the family-like atmosphere and takes pride in taking on new responsibilities that expand her professional knowledge. She looks forward to continuing to grow her skills in the construction and home performance industry.
A Sacramento native, Hailey is very close with her family and enjoys spending quality time with them. She is also active in her community, teaching Sunday school at her local church. In her free time, she loves babysitting and caring for children, finding joy in mentoring and nurturing young minds.
