Jackie Bregabiel joined CECS on April 2, 2024, as Lead Appointment Setter and Customer Service. With 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and 13 years in Customer Service, Jackie excels at handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling appointments for services like windows, doors, siding, roofing, and HVAC.

Jackie enjoys helping homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency, with a standout project involving insulation and window upgrades that lowered energy costs. She’s skilled in using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her kids, cooking, swimming, and spontaneous road trips. Her favorite quote is, "Behind every woman there is a story that gave her no other choice." Jackie is excited to contribute to CECS's continued success.
