Jessica Latoja joined CECS on May 8, 2024, with 13 years of experience in administrative roles, including in home improvement and real estate. As an Administrative Staff member, Jessica specializes in handling permits, scheduling inspections, finalizing building permits, and managing a variety of office tasks such as organizing documents, maintaining Excel sheets, assisting with AR duties such as invoicing, and matching payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before joining CECS, Jessica worked as an Admin Assistant , where she gained experience with industry tools and CRMs. She is highly skilled in administrative support, organization, and customer service, helping the company run smoothly on a daily basis.

Jessica is proud to have reduced pending permits from nearly 800 to just 98 and helped create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and streamline document management. She loves the continuous learning process in the home performance and exterior field and enjoys learning from her team.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, spending time with family, playing sports like badminton and tennis, dancing, and indulging in her love for food. A fun fact is that she loves Disney and stuffed toys, despite her sporty nature.

Jessica is excited about her future at CECS, where she looks forward to taking on more responsibilities, growing her skill set, and contributing to the company’s success in an evolving industry.
