John Rodriguez joined CECS on January 6, 2023, bringing 8 years of experience in the roofing industry. Specializing in metal roofing, James Hardie Siding, and LP Smartside, John plays a key role in the roof and siding crew, delivering high-quality work and ensuring safety on every project.

John’s responsibilities include overseeing roofing and siding installations, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. He enjoys learning more every day and takes pride in his work, especially as a roofer. His approachable and respectful attitude makes him an invaluable team member.

Outside of work, John enjoys watching TV and spending time with his family. Motivated by the opportunity to work with great people and share knowledge, he looks forward to growing within CECS and contributing to the company's continued success. His motto is, “Be better.”
