Leslie Smith

Leslie Smith joined CECS on March 21, 2016, bringing with her a decade of experience in office administration and a strong background in the home improvement industry. With previous roles including Office Manager for a custom home builder and extensive office work experience, Leslie has become an integral part of the CECS team.

In her current role, Leslie handles a variety of important tasks including registering product and equipment warranties, sending out Thank You packets and referral gift cards, managing the distribution of window levers, and providing meticulous proofreading support. Her expertise spans office management, accounts receivable, sales, and computer work—skills that help ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Known for her attention to detail and strong customer service skills, Leslie takes pride in going above and beyond to deliver more than what customers expect, including providing essential warranty documentation and care instructions for new products. Her dedication to doing a great job and supporting her team stems from her natural drive as a people pleaser and a team player.
