As we all learn more about COVID19, we want to assure you that California Energy Consultant Service is available to serve you. We remain open for business, providing PHONE-BASED consultations & quotes for HVAC service and other solutions such as replacement windows/doors, HVAC equipment, whole-house fans, and more.

Our Home Comfort team is providing service to customers in the greater Sacramento region. Like you, we’re adapting rapidly to this public health event, which is new to everyone. Our primary goal is to keep our customers, team, and partners safe now and always. A hallmark of our ethic & culture with sales, service, and installation is to treat each home of our customers with the utmost hygiene safety and cleanliness. Our customers appreciate this caution and care.

Accordingly, we are observing the best practices of the US Centers of Disease Control & Prevention to prevent COVID19 spread, and keep our team and customers healthy:

  • Frequent handwashing & use of hand sanitizers
  • No handshaking
  • Routine & rigorous cleaning & disinfection of frequently-touched surfaces
  • Employing social distancing

When our Home Comfort specialists are at your residence, we will to adhere to local regulations and any protocols you have in place. We have instructed our employees to self quarantine if they feel symptomatic or display symptoms of COVID19. We ask that our customers delay service if anyone at their homes is ill.

We are diligently monitoring the CDC and California’s State Department of Health & Human Services for guidance and updates. We will make sure to keep you informed of new information or changes that affect our ability to serve you.
